The Center for Renewable Sources and Energy Saving (CRES) and Nature Conservation Consultants Ltd. (NCC) organize a workshop to present the results of the LIFE12 project BIO/GR/000554 entitled:
"Demonstration of good practices to reduce the impacts of wind farms on biodiversity in Greece".
Additionally, presentations by wind energy and biodiversity stakeholders will be implemented.
Following the three (3) technical seminars that took place in 2016 at the Evros Delta Information Center, Traianoupolis, at Álexandroupoli and at the Regional Unit of Rodopi, in Komotini, two (2) new seminars was implemented with great sucess in Northern Greece in order to present the results and the experience gained through the LIFE project and its actions.
Participation of NCC at the Workshop for the Developoment of a Toolkit for EU Member States on Wildlife Sensitivity Mapping and Renewable Energy Developments. The workshop took place on Monday 22 October 2018 at the premises of DG Environment.

The top voices in politics, business and technology were at the 2018 World Energy Summit to discuss opportunities and challenges for the wind in today`s changing world.
